Your competitors are already automating. Here's the data.

Retail and ecommerce teams using AI for customer service are resolving 40-60% more tickets without more staff, cutting cost-per-ticket by 30%+, and handling seasonal spikes 3x faster.

But here's what separates winners from everyone else: they started with the data, not the hype.

Gladly handles the predictable volume, FAQs, routing, returns, order status, while your team focuses on customers who need a human touch. The result? Better experiences. Lower costs. Real competitive advantage. Ready to see what's possible for your business?

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT

Bold claim as OpenAGI introduces Lux, a new AI model that outperforms big rivals in computer control.

OpenAGI, founded by an MIT researcher, has revealed Lux, a model that beats major systems in computer control while working faster and at a much lower cost.

  • Lux scores 83.6 percent on the tough Online Mind2Web test, far above OpenAI’s Operator and Anthropic’s Claude.

  • It acts in one second per step, uses about one tenth of the cost, and works with real screen actions instead of text learning.

  • It can control desktop apps like Excel and send results to tools such as Slack, and it is being tuned with Intel to run on personal devices.

Lux shows a new path for AI agents that act in real computer environments, not just in browsers. It could make computer automation faster & cheaper while raising new security needs.
