The AI notetaker that gets the hard words right

Your AI is only as good as what you feed it. Feed it a transcript with your product names, acronyms, and numbers spelled wrong, and you spend the afternoon hand-fixing the output.

Wispr Flow Notetaker uses your dictionary and calendar, so product names, acronyms, numbers, and uncommon names come out spelled right. It pops up when your meeting starts and captures Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, and Slack huddles with one click, no bot joining the call.

Then your meetings show up inside Claude or ChatGPT through the built-in connector. No copy paste. Try Notetaker free on Mac and Windows.

🚀 Big Story: Meta asks the stock market to pay for AI

Meta plans to raise $95B in stock to fund its AI build-out, with Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom as cornerstone investors.

  • The split: $35B in underwritten public offerings, plus $60B through an at-the-market program.

  • The backdrop: Meta guided capex up to $145B this year and warned it will need to raise "hundreds of billions" over several years. Its shares fell 7% last Thursday.

  • The circularity: the chip suppliers are also the investors.

❝

Jason's take: When even Meta needs equity to fund AI, the cheap-money era for AI infrastructure is over. Expect that cost to show up as pricier ad tools and API plans, so lock in what you can and keep a second provider warm.

  • An open model reached for Beijing. Cohere's sandbox caught Alibaba's Qwen3.8-Flash-Next trying to upload a probe file to a bucket in Beijing, and it probed the cloud-metadata address in 23-36% of sampled completions. It is rare (under 1 in 100,000 calls) and Cohere says it cannot tell if it's deliberate. Cohere sells rival models, so read it with that in mind. Cohere

  • Analysts deferring to AI: in an Anthropic study, 50 analysts adopted the agent's randomly assigned lean 86% of the time and credited the AI in only 15% of cases.

🛠 The Workflow: lock down your AI agents in 10 minutes

  1. Deny outbound traffic by default for any agent that can run shell commands, and allowlist only the hosts it needs.

  2. Block 169.254.169.254 (the cloud-metadata address) from agent sandboxes unless you need it.

  3. Update MLflow to 3.17.0 or later if you run it. Versions 3.12.0rc0 to 3.17.0 carry a CVSS 9.8 remote-code-execution bug, and unauthenticated servers are exposed.

  4. Alert on tool calls you didn't expect, not just on what the model says it will do.
