DAILY UPDATE

Kling launches a new AI video model that brings video, images, and audio together in one system.

Chinese AI startup Kling has released Kling 3.0, a new version of its video model. It combines text to video, image to video, and audio generation into one tool, with longer clips and better visual consistency.

  • Kling 3.0 merges all past models into one system and supports 15 second videos with a new Multi-Shot mode that creates camera angles by itself

  • Visual consistency is much better, letting creators reuse images or videos as anchors to keep characters and scenes the same

  • Built in audio now includes voice cloning, multiple characters, and more language support for natural speech

This matters because Kling is already one of the top AI video tools, and this update moves it closer to real production use, with stronger control, sound, and story tools all in one place.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT

Anthropic takes a clear shot at ads in AI with a bold Super Bowl message.

Anthropic launched a new Super Bowl ad campaign to say that its AI, Claude, will stay ad free, pushing back against OpenAI’s move to bring ads into ChatGPT.

  • Anthropic published a blog post saying ads are not compatible with Claude working in users’ best interests.

  • The Super Bowl ads joke about ads interrupting AI chats, using the line β€œAds are coming to AI. But not to Claude.”

  • OpenAI leaders pushed back, saying free access with ads helps far more people than a paid only AI.

This shows a growing split in vision for the future of AI. Anthropic is betting on trust and no ads, while OpenAI argues that free, ad supported AI reaches hundreds of millions and is more open to everyone.
